i know that the comment by- all a gimmick- is an old comment but i just read it today and im thinking, how ungreatful some people could be. josh did no have to provide us with all this information if he didnt want to. and lets say he is getting money from some of these companies, so what, he is the one doing all the research and setting up this site for people like me who are in need of help.i think he deserves it, but i have a feeling hes just doing it to help out, and i am thankful. why do we always have to deal with people like-all a gimmick- if the site didnt help you like it did me, then dont look it up. you didnt loose a thing, moron.
changing the subject, thank u thank u thank u. josh i love your site, you have given me hope, ive only been doing gse for 2 weeks and after the 7th day i noticed the bad taste in my mouth was gone. after so many years of struggling with this crap. i dont eat as much dairy as you said and that also has helped. i cannot express what your site has done for me, for the first time in many years, i asked someone to smell my breath, which is something that im sure you know we always avoid, and this person said , your breath is good. i almost flipped i was so happy, it felt very good.i dont care if i have to do gse for the rest of my life as long as i dont have bad breath. well i hope that people keep visiting your site, because it does help. again thank you so much and and God bless you for all you do.

I just got the GSE today and i followed the instructions. Its pretty disgusting and it made me gag.. I almost throw up, but anything to get rid of these nasty stones. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I have been having what seems to be a tonsil stone since March 30 or 31 of this year. I have been back and forth to doctors and ENT. I have had endoscope put down twice and they tell me don’t see any stones on tonsils. I think they are deep and being covered up by a flap or something, because when I vomit, gag, or cough up really hard it feels like moving and want to come out but something cause to go back down. I have lost close to thirty pounds, because food gets stuck due to the reduction in saliva. This is due to the stone after the saliva production. I am so ready for it to come out and to eat. Will this item really cause the one hidden to come out?

Hey man,

I’ve only just came across your website and – after YEARS of trying to find the answer to my throat/bad breath problems – I’ve never been more excited about trying out your methods!

Much respect to you for posting up all this priceless info – you really are changing lives by doing so!

I’ve had problems with post nasal drip and a constant sore throat which is basically red raw 365 days a year. I’ve coughed up about 7 or 8 of these tonsil stones over the past few years, they are small – but make a huge stink!

My breath is worse than normal today, my throat is sorer than usual, and I coughed up a tonsil stone today. Funnily enough, I was boozing for 3 days before this and had more dairy products than normal.

Could you please answer a couple of questions for me? Will the GSE, cutting out dairy, and reducing alcohol be enough to help me?

Will those treatment elements remove enough bacteria to allow my tonsils to actually heal and not be red raw for once?

Will I have to purchase one of these throat/nasal irrigation systems too to be sure? Some people insist these are needed to wash away all the stones – but they are pretty expensive.

I look forward to your answers – and thanks again for setting up this awesome website.

Thank you for this site. It is such an embarassing problem that I recently began to experience within the past couple of weeks. I have had one to two in the past year, but this last couple of weeks alone I have had two noticeable ones. It has been dreadful. Do you have any recommendations for when you can feel a tonsillolith in the back of your throat but cannot see it to get it out? I will order the GSE but am wanting to get rid of it as soon as possible.
