Hey guys, I haven’t written an article in a couple of days so I figured I would give a quick update on everything that’s happened recently. After using the grapefruit seed extract for some time I have been able to be as close as can be when talking to people without having insecurities about my breath. Unfortunately I haven’t been using it as regularly as I should have, I reduced the amount to 1 or 2 times a day gargling, AND didn’t brush my teeth before bed AND ate a reese’s chocolate peanut butter cup while laying in bed (so I’ve been doing all the wrong things to test if it had any long-term effects for tonsil stones) and I think I have one coming back.
I’ve felt something in the back of my throat after a couple days of mistreatment of my oral hygiene. So does grapefruit seed extract really work for tonsil stone growth? Absolutely! Is it a lifelong cure that you only have to use temporarily to cure tonsil stones forever? Probably not, but while gargling with it 2-3 times a day, and making sure you gargle before you go to bed, and after breakfast it seriously does completely stop tonsil stone growth!
At the height of my grapefruit seed extract – journey, I could gargle two times a day and even 7 hours after eating food have absolutely NO bad breath at ALL! Which for anyone that has tonsil stones or bad breath, they know that a little while after eating food is usually when it’s worse and you feel like you have to brush your teeth.
Another thing I’ve noticed was back before I was using grapefruit extract, when I would eat something I would taste it in my mouth for a long time after I’ve eaten it and eventually it would turn into bad breath, but after about 3-5 days of using it.. I would eat something, lets say peanuts, and within literally 5 minutes the taste of whatever I ate would be completely out of my mouth! And this is WITHOUT brushing or gargling after eating, so it leads me to believe that grapefruit seed extract not only effectively inhibits the growth of tonsil stones, but somehow it must balance out the “good” bacteria levels in the mouth to the extent of restoring the proper balance of the digestive properties of saliva and the oral cultures that exist in the mouth!
So trust me when I say, I’ve used almost every product out there when it comes to bad breath and almost nothing worked. At best I would notice a temporary relief if any, but overall nothing has EVER stopped tonsil stones growth like grapefruit seed extract has. It’s a godsend!
