Portable Mouth Hygiene – Colgate Wisps!

September 28, 2009 in Bad Breath, Product Reviews by Josh (admin)

I might be making a guess here, I bet at least 50% of you have carried a toothbrush with you sometimes! I know I did, especially when I worked retail and had to talk face-to-face with customers all day KNOWING that I had bad breath. I was in the bathroom 3 or 4 times a shift brushing my teeth, trying to restore my confidence back. This required me to carry around my backpack full of toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush etc.

Colgate has created a solution that I wish I had back when I worked retail sales!!!!

Colgate Wisp Peppermint, 16-Count (Pack of 2)

Colgate Wisps; These things are amazing! It’s essentially a really portable toothbrush that has toothpaste RIGHT in it! Anyways, to cut to the chase, if you still haven’t cured tonsil stones yet, DOWNLOAD MY E-BOOK! And while you follow the instructions, keep yourself fresh with yesterday’s breath sprays, and today’s portable toothbrushes!

Take Care guys =] – Josh Katherman

Tonsil Stones Help – Some New Breath Fresheners

September 27, 2009 in Bad Breath, Product Reviews by Josh (admin)

Being a previous sufferer of tonsil stones myself, I know how you get that bad taste in your mouth that you’re SURE is bad breath, after only an hour or two after brushing your teeth! I’ve compiled a small list of some breath sprays that can aid you in keeping your breath fresh while you follow my e-book to permanently rid yourself of tonsil stones.

Dr. Katz TheraBreath Plus Oral Spray, with Zinc-Rx & Tea Tree Oil , 1-Ounce (Pack of 3)

Therabreath Oral Spray: This is a great preventative method for stopping bad breath. Whether you’re out for a couple hours and you know you’re going to be talking to someone, or if you work retail sales, or really if you’re in any situation where you know you can’t brush your teeth for many hours, this is a viable solution. I have used this product and it does provide temporary relief from bad breath. Take a look!

BreathRx Anti-Bacterial Breath Spray (Pack of 2)

Just like therabreath, BreathRX mirrors the same concept of providing temporary halitosis relief. A key difference from these two products is that the BreathRx version actually has a mint taste!  Another key is that it’s sugar-free, which means that it won’t leave you breath in worse condition after it wears off, which is typical for most breath fresheners and mints. Keep both of these in mind! Have a look-see =].

Sweet Breath Sugar-Free Micro Mist Breath Spray, Mint, 3-Count Packages of .06-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 2)

These are another sugar-free breath freshener. I just thought they were cool because they can clip on anything making them easy to carry with you. They should make a breath spray for your keychain! =] Let’s check these out together.

I’ve covered every step you need to take to permanently stop tonsil stones in our e-book. Next in review are the new “Wisps”, small portable toothbrushes!! Woot.

Review – QuickBreeze Dental Irrigator – Tonsil Stones Removal

August 28, 2009 in Product Reviews, Tonsil Stone Remedies by Josh (admin)

Tonsil Stones Removal - Oral Irrigator

Today in review is a new tonsil stone removal method covered in our e-book “Tonsil Stones – The Real Cure”. I’ve had a lot of comments saying “I have this tonsil stone lodged deep inside and I can’t get it out! Some of you may purchase a normal oral irrigator to try to remove the tonsil stone(s). A word of warning; Almost every oral irrigation unit out there uses way too much pressure, even on the lowest setting! The reason they produce so much pressure is because they’re actually not made to clean out tonsil crypts, they’re made to use pressure to clean in between the teeth and gums. I’ve personally tried two portable units and they’ve both made my tonsils bleed, which could lead to infection. Anyone with tonsil stones knows that the last thing they need over bad breath, is swollen and infected tonsils!

The solution? The Dental Irrigator from QuickBreeze. The reason this is different from other oral irrigation units is that it hooks directly to your faucet, so YOU control the pressure! This is completely essential considering most tonsil stone sufferer’s tonsils can’t handle the pressure that a typical unit produces. The tip is curved so you can easily reach the end inside your tonsil crypts.

Tis all for today! Take care everyone – Josh Katherman

Product Review – Post Nasal Drip – Neti Pot Starter Kit

July 26, 2009 in Bad Breath, Post Nasal Drip, Product Reviews, Tonsil Stone Remedies by Josh (admin)

Himalayan Institute Neti Pot Starter Kit

For those of you suffering from Post Nasal Drip, there’s finally a solution for you! Today we’re reviewing the Neti Pot Starter Kit
from Himalayan Institute. While still affordable, it contains everything you need to properly flush out the nasal passage, eliminating excess mucus and bacteria, without the high costs of alot of nasal irrigation units. This is important because tonsil stones feed off mucus running down the back of your throat. In fact it’s one of the main reasons why tonsil stones will flourish in this environment! Essentially they feed off the protein contained in the mucus. This is why it’s so important to eliminate all excess mucus in the nasal passages. This is accomplished easily with the Neti Pot Starter Kit.

What’s great about using the Himalayan Institute Neti Pot is that’s super easy and comfortable: You prepare the saline solution by direction, Mix a quarter teaspoon of the Neti Pot salt (which is included), then add 8 ounces of water. Turn your head to the side and raise up the end of the neti pot letting the solution run through the nasal passage. The reason why you turn your head to the side is because part of the nasal passage actually runs upward (this is the reason why it hurts in between your eyes when you have a sinus infection), and the only way to reach this area is to turn the head to the side.

Eliminating the excess mucus, allergens and dust, is not only beneficial for your breath, but for your health as well! You’ll experience a great reduction in sinus infections and irritation. So pick up this nasal cleansing system to greatly reduce bad breath, as well as better overall health!

Don’t want to use grapefruit seed extract internally?

July 25, 2009 in Product Reviews by Josh (admin)

I’ve found a great solution to those of you who aren’t comfortable using Grapefruit Seed Extract internally. Amazon actually has caplets of Grapefruit Seed, without the added chemicals (which is what makes it effective for tonsil stones!) so you can enjoy all the benefits of grapefruit seed extract internally without the risk! GSE isn’t harmful if taken internally at normal dosages. Nutribiotic was quoted saying “You’d have to drink 2 quarts of the concentrated liquid per day, for a 50% chance of poisoning”. That’s ALOT of GSE! It’s really the same concept as anything you take internally, think about taking literally 100 advil, or any medicines, you would absolutely be in trouble. It’s the same with Grapefruit Seed Extract, it’s absolutely wonderful when taken in average dosages but can be harful if taken in extreme doses.

Grapefruit Seed naturally improves the digestive system as well as improves the ratio of good bacteria in the digestive system. This is actually safe for a vegetarian diet as well! While these won’t help with bad breath, it is a wonderful addition to our gargling method; enjoying the benefits of great breath, and digestive health.

GS caplets have been proven to cure or significantly reduce the following bacteria and organisms: Shigella, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Giardia lamblia, Diplococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Mycobacterium species, Campylobacter, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Proteus, Cholera, Chlamydia trachomatis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Legionella pneumoniae, Helicobacter pylori, Herpes simplex 1, Influenza A2, and measles virus. GSE has been shown to kill both gram-negative and gram-positive strains of bacteria.

Review – Bad Breath Prevention – SmartMouth Mouthwash & Toothpaste

April 22, 2009 in Product Reviews by Josh (admin)

SmartMouth MouthWash and Toothpaste

Review – Bad Breath Prevention – SmartMouth Mouthwash & Toothpaste

[starratingmulti id=5]

I’ve read a lot of good things about SmartMouth products before, so we’ve decided to do a review of SmartMouth MouthWash and Toothpaste. As with all of our reviews we like to give it a day by day effectiveness rating through a 7 day trial period. SmartMouth states 1-2 weeks for maximum effectiveness so if need be, we’ll continue to review it for another week after the initial 7 day period.

I purchased a package of mint mouthwash, and cinnamon mouth wash (something they just came out with, wanted to try it), and their mint toothpaste. I’m usually “iffy” about cinnamon flavors but again, I’ve read so many good things about SmartMouth I just had to give it a try.

DAY 1 (4-22-09) – Wow.. Absolutely wonderful mint taste after brushing. The mouthwash is a two part formula that you mix directly before gargling. At first my mouth seemed dry but it went away within a couple seconds! First day rating: Awesome.
DAY 2 (4-23-09) – Still going strong! They say if you gargle with smartmouth mouthwash before bed you wake up without morning breath. They’re right. This stuff is working very well so far, we’ll see what the next few days will hold.
DAY 3 (4-24-09) – Still goin strong! SmartMouth seems to be an invaluable mouthwash for bad breath. Another good point of it is that it has no alcohol so it’s not only safe for diabetics it’s also way better for your breath. Alcohol is a huge aggressor of bad breath.
DAY 4 (4-25-09) – I’ve actually come to looking forward to using the cinnamon mouthwash, it doesn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth like other products I’ve reviewed.
DAY 5 (4-26-09) – Smartmouth is still working wonderful. I think it’s safe to say that it’s a top-notch bad breath prevention product.
DAY 6 (4-27-09) – Day 6, still no bad breath ALL day. I even tried to aggravate it with foods high in fat and protein but it’s held true to it’s promise.
DAY 7 (4-28-09) – Well, I wish I could say something bad about my experience with SmartMouth but the results have been more than satisfactory. www.tonsil-help.com rating: 5/5.

Try it out and leave your feedback!

TheraBreath Reviews – Therabreath Oral Rinse

April 16, 2009 in Product Reviews by Josh (admin)

[starratingmulti id=5]

TheraBreath Oral Rinse Well I got my therabreath mouthwash a couple days ago so I’m prepared to give this stuff a real review. The fact that Therabreath is all over Amazon.com has to be saying something for their credibility right? That’s what we’re here to test out!

As with the other reviews on my site I’ll give a day-by-day rundown of the results over a 7 day period to see what happens.

If you’d like to try this product for yourself or browse their inventory of breath products, visit their website. If these Therabreath Reviews get good results I’ll absolutely recommend it to everyone, but I say unworthy until proven worthy! Only fair for an honest review right? :)

DAY 1 – (11/16/09) : After using therabreath oral rinse my breath DOES feel and taste fresh, but I have to give it some time considering it’s the first day. So far so good Therabreath.
DAY 2 – (11/17/09) : I’m sorry! I forgot to post yesterday, anyways there was nothing to really write about. Pretty much same results – my breath still feels fresh and.. just normal feeling? For a lack of a better description. But I think that’s a good thing.
DAY 3 – (11/18/09) : I’ve noticed myself becoming less and less self-conscious about my breath the more I use this mouthwash.
DAY 4- (11/19/09) : Hey! It might just be particular in my case, but I haven’t felt the urge to brush my teeth nearly as much as before I starting using this Mouthwash. I’m actually beginning to look forward to gargling with it every morning and night because it’s almost like I “wet it and forget it”. Not that it has the most wonderful taste but what matters is that it works right? Throughout the day I rarely find myself even thinking about my breath, it seems to be doing SOMETHING good inside my mouth.
DAY 5 – (11/20/09) : Nothing to report on our therabreath review, all is good.
DAY 6 – (11/21/09) : Still working.
DAY 7 – (11/22/09) : Today marks a week of use of therabreath mouthwash. I’ve read a couple different reviews on some websites and they all seem to have gotten good results like I’ve gotten from using this mouthwash. All-in-all we recommend this for prevention of bad breath with 5 stars! With a 100% satisfaction guarantee there’s not much to loose by trying it either. But as a review, we won’t let it stop there; What good is a review if you can’t have a voice? If you’ve tried out Therabreath Mouthwash like many of us in this community have, then give it your own rating up at the top and shape this review with real user input!

Current Coupons:

BTBGum : Free sheet of therabreath chewing gum with an order.

BUYGUM : Free ground shipping with US orders.

B-SAVE2 : $2 off of any therabreath toothpaste ordered for US delivery.

So we give it a thumbs up from tonsil-help.com, feel free to check out Therabreath’s site directly, or browse Amazon.com
for some package deals if you buy in bulk.

Good Luck and post your own results! – Josh Katherman
