Hi Josh,thanx so much for your free advise.I have suffered with tonsil stones for years,so you can imagine how happy i was when i find out about gse as a perfect cure!
I managed to buy it a month ago,and since then i have been using it every day 3 times a day,but even thou my breath smells so much better and the tonsil stones are less,i still get them!So i’m not sure what to do,shall i keep trying using it,or shall i finally go to my doctor and ask for my tonsil to be removed?what do you think?

They do come back, if I start eating dairy again. Let’s say I eat a bowl of ice cream; I’ll notice that around 3-5 days after I eat dairy, tonsil stones will start to form. As long as I gargle 2 or 3 times a day with diluted GSE it tends to not be very bad AND go away within another 4 or 5 days. If I don’t use GSE, it tends to be much worse and last longer.

I’m telling everybody that reads this comment, if you gargle with diluted GSE and cut 100% of dairy products from your life, you will not have any tonsil stones after 5-14 days. It works! By cutting dairy I mean that you have to cut every single drink and food that has any dairy product. You have to look at the ingredients of EVERYTHING you eat and drink to see if it contains milk. While being an inconvenience, I promise you the feeling of being free of tonsil stones is one of the best feelings you’ll ever feel! You’ll feel like a completely new person =]

Hi Josh…How about your tonsil stone now? Are you free from them now? So, can you eat dairy food now? I almost suffer bad breath in all my live. I wan to hear from you… I want to try the GSE. Although in here (this website) so many friends get the trouble like me, but in my place…it is like just me… I never be confident because of this thing. I cannot communicate with the other. Anyway…they(tonsil stone) never comeback to you? how about if they comeback again?

Hi Josh. I, too, have suffered from bad breath for over 20 years. I knew that I had bad breath when people would either back away, pull at their nose, or offer me gum. I have tried Oxyfresh, Therabreath, epsom salt gargles….you name it. None of them worked. I did a lot a research about 2 years ago & realized that it was tonsilolith that was my problem. I also have post nasal drip. I bought the Grossan Hydro Pulse for the PND. It worked great but it was only temporary for a couple of hours. Then I saw your video on you tube. I purchased the Nutribiotic Grapefruit Seed Extract. I am now on day 3. My mouth feels fresh and now when I touch my tonsils with my finger, the smell is hardly there. I believe the GSE actually dissolves the tonsilolith because they are not expelled. The Hydro Pulse actually removes the tonsilolith from my tonsils. This is now a part of my daily oral routine. I used to gargle anyway, so this is not anything extra that I’m doing. I will report back in 2 weeks to let you know how it’s working. Thank you so much for this info. I thought I would have to live with this problem for the rest of my life.

this is for josh.u might have already answerd this questions,but i am jsut to busy to read all the comments.so i am hoping u can answer mine..u seem to know alot about this annoying problem..i been suffering from tonsil stones for a long time,so ok my thing is that i get a lump feeling down in my thoart,but i can not see any stones in my tonsils,i can also taste the tonsil stones when i try and cough it up..sometimes this lump can lasts for weeks at a time..i hate this feeling in my thoart.so my question is,have u experince this and did the grapeseed exract work for it..thanks

Julie, it seems to help them come out much faster and easier, as well as almost dissolve them inside your tonsilar crypts. The remaining stones will come out over a period of 3 days up to about 2 weeks =]
