Review – Bad Breath Prevention – SmartMouth Mouthwash & Toothpaste

I’ve read a lot of good things about SmartMouth products before, so we’ve decided to do a review of SmartMouth MouthWash and Toothpaste. As with all of our reviews we like to give it a day by day effectiveness rating through a 7 day trial period. SmartMouth states 1-2 weeks for maximum effectiveness so if need be, we’ll continue to review it for another week after the initial 7 day period.
I purchased a package of mint mouthwash, and cinnamon mouth wash (something they just came out with, wanted to try it), and their mint toothpaste. I’m usually “iffy” about cinnamon flavors but again, I’ve read so many good things about SmartMouth I just had to give it a try.
DAY 1 (4-22-09) – Wow.. Absolutely wonderful mint taste after brushing. The mouthwash is a two part formula that you mix directly before gargling. At first my mouth seemed dry but it went away within a couple seconds! First day rating: Awesome.
DAY 2 (4-23-09) – Still going strong! They say if you gargle with smartmouth mouthwash before bed you wake up without morning breath. They’re right. This stuff is working very well so far, we’ll see what the next few days will hold.
DAY 3 (4-24-09) – Still goin strong! SmartMouth seems to be an invaluable mouthwash for bad breath. Another good point of it is that it has no alcohol so it’s not only safe for diabetics it’s also way better for your breath. Alcohol is a huge aggressor of bad breath.
DAY 4 (4-25-09) – I’ve actually come to looking forward to using the cinnamon mouthwash, it doesn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth like other products I’ve reviewed.
DAY 5 (4-26-09) – Smartmouth is still working wonderful. I think it’s safe to say that it’s a top-notch bad breath prevention product.
DAY 6 (4-27-09) – Day 6, still no bad breath ALL day. I even tried to aggravate it with foods high in fat and protein but it’s held true to it’s promise.
DAY 7 (4-28-09) – Well, I wish I could say something bad about my experience with SmartMouth but the results have been more than satisfactory. www.tonsil-help.com rating: 5/5.

I have had bad breath all my life and had used everything I could get my hands on hoping I would have some results until I had gone to a new Dentist in Massachusetts and he gave me a complimentary box of this but I forget the old name before it was named Smart Mouth and was so surprised you were here in Florida when I moved here.
I have been using this for the last 12 years and have told so many people about this because it worked so well on me. I have a nasal problem and this is what I contribute the bad breath from.
Thank you and I have one favor to ask PLEASE do not discontinue this product or better yet DO NOT Make a NEW and IMPROVED product. You can not make something that is perfect, better???? Please do not discontinue this product.I am literally begging.
I went one day just not too long ago without using this and my friends asked me what did I eat wrong to give me bad breath and I explained that I did not use the smart mouth because I forgot to and this was the results. Now when I get up in the morning I fill the cup with the amount I need and place it on the sink before I do anything else to make sure I do not forget to use it.

Hey.. Thanks for the review – i know you published this ages ago- but this is really interesting, I tend to not get that much bad breathe in the day – but when I wake up, a lot of the time (like in winter) lets just say that it isn’t a minty smell – I will have to try this, is it safe for your teeth? what have doctors said about this? hmmmm, wonder if you can buy it in the shops – In the UK

I have been using Smart Mouth for 5 days now, and I can hardly believe how effective this is…..I purchased it unknowingly, decided to give it a try, and I will be replenishing my inventory without question…..very very effective…….
Smartmouth products should be used as a way to maintain your fresh breath once you have achieved it with the use of GSE. The toothpaste doesn’t guarantee 12 hour fresh breath like the mouthwash does, but it does help!

Will the toothpaste give the same results as the mouthwash?
I agree with the 5/5 rating. The confidence this gives you can be life altering. It’s actually a great value too because you don’t have to use it more than once every 12 hours. The mixing is very simple and easy and I love the mild taste.
