I've found a great solution to those of you who aren't comfortable using Grapefruit Seed Extract internally. Amazon actually has caplets of Grapefruit Seed, without the added chemicals (which is what makes it effective for tonsil stones!) so you can enjoy all the benefits of grapefruit seed extract internally without the risk!
