Himalayan Institute Neti Pot Starter Kit

For those of you suffering from Post Nasal Drip, there’s finally a solution for you! Today we’re reviewing the Neti Pot Starter Kit
from Himalayan Institute. While still affordable, it contains everything you need to properly flush out the nasal passage, eliminating excess mucus and bacteria, without the high costs of alot of nasal irrigation units. This is important because tonsil stones feed off mucus running down the back of your throat. In fact it’s one of the main reasons why tonsil stones will flourish in this environment! Essentially they feed off the protein contained in the mucus. This is why it’s so important to eliminate all excess mucus in the nasal passages. This is accomplished easily with the Neti Pot Starter Kit.

What’s great about using the Himalayan Institute Neti Pot is that’s super easy and comfortable: You prepare the saline solution by direction, Mix a quarter teaspoon of the Neti Pot salt (which is included), then add 8 ounces of water. Turn your head to the side and raise up the end of the neti pot letting the solution run through the nasal passage. The reason why you turn your head to the side is because part of the nasal passage actually runs upward (this is the reason why it hurts in between your eyes when you have a sinus infection), and the only way to reach this area is to turn the head to the side.

Eliminating the excess mucus, allergens and dust, is not only beneficial for your breath, but for your health as well! You’ll experience a great reduction in sinus infections and irritation. So pick up this nasal cleansing system to greatly reduce bad breath, as well as better overall health!

Well I’m to the point where my nasal problems come and go so I use it when it gets back and stop when it gets better. A lot of people can use it every day but personally my nose is always sore inside so I try to only use it when I have bad Post Nasal Drip symptoms. Thanks for your comments! The happiness of you guys and girls that find my website is worth more to me than making a couple extra bucks! =]

    Hi Josh,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work, time, and research you’ve put into this website. It means a lot to know that there are good people out there who desire to help others and want nothing in return. You are wonderful!

My question is this: how many times a week do you use the neti pot? Is every day too much? I was thinking of using it every other day so as not to irritate my sinuses. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again :)
