Your breath should be getting better and better, not worse! This is the first case of this happening that I've heard of. Cutting out all dairy and gargling GSE has seemed to work for everyone so far. It is such a curse! I am a long time sufferer, however I only recently discovered what my problem is. It sounds like it affects everyone this way, and it's good to know I'm not alone. I am into natural cures and preventions, so this GSE thing is right up my alley. I started using a neti pot a few weeks ago because I thought this problem was due to PND. It did help me just a bit, by allowing me to breathe better and there's very little, if any, PND now. I quit dairy 2 days ago, and I've been trying to get rid of as many TS as I can. They are tiny, crumb-like, about as big as a couscous. Also, they're hidden and I can't see them until they come out. I have swallowed bigger things before that were down so deep already that there was no way I could spit it out...I would just feel something there suddenly. I'm getting sick just thinking about this! I have a serious obsession going on here. My GSE should be here tomorrow and I will start using it as soon as I can. I'm going to get some of the Smart Mouth products tomorrow. My cat chewed up the hose on my waterpik the other day, so I've ordered the dental pik that's recommended on this site. I am really excited about trying this since so many have reported huge success. I hope to join the ranks of the non-tonsil stone population very, very soon. I will report back my progress. One more thing, I have really found all your posts interesting, helpful and inspirational. Just wanna say thanks for making this website as it has helped alot of people. However, i have a bit of a problem. Basically i had about 4 tonsil stones which were visible so i bought the grapefruit seed extract and gargled with it 3 times a day (this is my 4th day now i think)and they all vanished. This was good to see but something i have realised is my breath is starting to get really bad (it wasn't really a problem before - i just decided to do this so i could get rid of the stones before it got bad)if i touch my right tonsil and smell my finger it smells.. disgusting. i got a toothpick and pushed the tonsil crypt open a bit to see inside and i can see tonsil stones hiding in there but they are too deep to get out and i can't buy one of those waterpik things as im only 16 and to be honest im too embarassed to tell my parents about it. is there anything i can do quickly to help? or is it smelling bad because its the grapefruit extract working on these stones..? its really getting me down. i keep telling my girlfriend i cant see her because i dont want to talk face to face/kiss her when its smelling like this. in the end i'll probably end up single again :/ i just want a tonsillectomy :S Hey josh.
