It’s not normal to have any side effects from using it. I would try a smaller concentration level, or more water in your mix! Let me know how it’s working for you

I gargle as long as I can, 3 times for each brushing. I’m not sure if adding salt would help, gse tastes so bad as-is I can’t imagine the taste with salt added :X If you use a small handheld mirror while you’re sitting in front of your bathroom mirror, you can shine light back at your tonsils. Look for small crevices and holes in your tonsils, this is where our “friends” like to hide and reproduce =]

Also, I started it last night. Today my throat is scratchy (and became that way after gargling at lunch). Did this happen to you? Does it mean that it’s working? Or should I lay off it for a while?

How long do you gargle each time? Do you think adding salt would make it even more effective? Also, I can’t see where my tonsil stones are. I think they’re really, really far back in my throat. Where do I aim w/ the syringe, since I can’t see anything?

I’ve read that as well, although no one has reported it worsening their tonsil stones condition as of yet.

i have also tried the GSE but im not really sure if im doing it right. ive also heard that if your intolerant to gluten that that will also build tonsil stones, is that a fact or is it not true?

ive read that magnesium chloride is good for tonsillitis but im not really sure. have you heard anything about that mineral?
